Saigon afternoon city tour

This tour will take you around the heart of Saigon, covering major highlights of the hustle and bustle city.

Enjoy Saigon’s most historic landmarks including former Presidential Palace, built on the site of the former Norodom Palace, a landmark in Ho Chi Minh City.

Next visit outside Notre Dame Cathedral, a red brick edifice with twin spires constructed from materials imported from France. Head across the square to the Central Post Office, constructed when Vietnam was part of French Indochina in the late 19th century.

End the morning trip at the War Museum, as part of the Vietnam and World Peace museum system.

With over eight million inhabitants and four million motorbikes, Saigon is truly a city that never sleeps.

In deference to the Chinese heritage, visit Thien Hau Pagoda, built by the ethnic Chinese of Saigon and dedicated to the Goddess of the Sea, and Chinatown, the biggest Chinese community in the South of Vietnam. Next to FITO Museum where regularly shows "A Century of Health Care Experiences", this museum is equipped with a documentary film about the history of Traditional Vietnamese Medicine.
